Arrangements during adverse weather and extreme conditions

At ProCare, the safety and well-being of our patients and staff is our top priority. That's why we have comprehensive adverse weather arrangements in place to ensure everyone's security during severe conditions.
If the service cannot be provided that day, we will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Please visit our website, Facebook, or Instagram for the latest arrangements.
Red rainstorm warning
The centre will remain in service as usual, but you are recommended to decide whether to visit based on the weather conditions. Please contact us in advance if you need to change the appointment date. We will be happy to re-arrange for you.
Black rainstorm warning
Before 9 am
- If the warning is hoisted or is announced to be hoisted before 9 am, the centre will be closed.
- If the warning is lowered on or before 3 pm, the centre will resume service in 2 hours.
During business hours
- If a black rainstorm warning is hoisted or is announced to be hoisted during business hours, the centre will continue to operate as usual.
- It is recommended that you decide whether to visit based on the weather conditions. Please contact us in advance if you need to change the appointment date. We will be happy to re-arrange for you.
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above and Extreme Condition
Before 9 am
- The centre will be closed if the signal is hoisted or announced to be hoisted before 9 a.m.
- If the signal is cancelled or lowered to No. 3 signal or below on or before 3 pm, the centre will resume service in 2 hours.
During business hours
- If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or "Extreme Condition" is hoisted or is announced to be hoisted during business hours, we will finish all started service as soon as possible.
- We will re-arrange for you for other appointments that have not yet started.
- The centre will be closed until the signal is lowered.
