Insurance & Payment Options

We understand that healthcare costs can be a concern. We're committed to making the payment process as smooth and straightforward as possible for you.

To access any imaging services at ProCare, a referral from your doctor is required. Please consult with your doctor to discuss your imaging needs and obtain a referral.

For referrals from public hospitals:

• Please send us a text message via    WhatsApp to inquire about specific requirements and costs for your requested imaging service.
• We offer discounts for HA-referred cases.

For private doctors:

• Doctors can request a price book by filling out the form below. This will provide detailed pricing information for various imaging services. Our sales representatives would be pleased to meet with you in person to explore referral alternatives. Please let us know when a good time would be.

We work with various international and local insurance companies and accept most health insurance plans.

Our team will verify every patient's insurance benefits, and whenever possible, we will obtain insurance authorizations for you.

Accepted Insurance:

• Most insurance companies require a GP referral before authorizing your specialist consultation or imaging services.
• If you do not have your own GP doctor or do not want to wait for the doctor's referral arrangement, you can meet a GP doctor at one of the medical centres of UMP Healthcare Group to speed up your referral. 

Medical Expense Pre-approval:

• If you need further checkups, such as  CT scan, MRI, PET-CT etc., our doctors will write a referral letter for you to fulfil most medical insurance requirements for pre-approval and claims. Please contact your insurance provider for details.

All patients are required to pay the entire amount of their deductible, co-pay, or direct self-payment at the time of their examination. Our team is here to help you estimate the out-of-pocket costs that you'll need to pay on the day of your examination.
