Make a Referral

Our goal is to make your referral process as quick and seamless as possible. Please download and fill in the referral forms.
The forms are exclusively intended for medical professionals and may be subject to verification per doctors' request.

Results & Report

The results usually take approximately 3-7 working days to complete per our standard procedure, depending on the specific examination items requested. Once the report is ready, we will inform the referring clinician and send it directly to your medical centre.

Under the doctor's authorization, the patient can collect the report in person from our centre. 

If you would like to check the progress of the report or change the method of receiving the report, please contact our customer service team by sending a WhatsApp message to 5287 4665.

Please fill out the “Letter of Authorization” to authorize someone to collect the report on your behalf.
